7. Make sure Proteus VX is set to MIDI Channel 1 as shown above.<br />

8. Using the preset increment/decrement<br />

keys, select Preset 0005 - Rock’in B.<br />

9. Close the Proteus VX editor by clicking the<br />

close box. This only hides the editor<br />

screen and doesn’t close Proteus VSTi.<br />

10. Notice that you now have a new MIDI<br />

Track and that the Proteus VX Instrument<br />

now appears at the bottom of the window.<br />

11. Select File Browser 1, open the Clips<br />

folder and open the Keys folder.<br />

12. From the Keys folder, drag and drop one<br />

or more files over to the Clip area on your<br />

Proteus VX MIDI track.<br />

13. Press the Scene Launch button for the<br />

Verse scene.<br />

14. Drag and drop a few more clips over to the<br />
