PREREQUISITES:<br />
Active <strong>Army</strong> or Reserve Component enlisted Soldier that meets enlistment requirements.<br />
Selected by PERSCOM (Active <strong>Army</strong>) or recommended by unit commander (Reserve<br />
Component). Qualified in MOS 92G. Meets requirements outlined in AR 351-1, paragraph 5-14,<br />
and met TABE requirements. Active and Reserve Soldiers over 40 must complete required<br />
medical screening and received status prior to attending. Only SSGs and promotable SGTs will<br />
attend. Successfully completed PLDC or equivalent unless promoted prior to linkage of NCOES<br />
to promotion. Successfully completed PLDC at least 6 months prior to attending this course.<br />
COURSE SCOPE:<br />
Training management and general military subjects; nutrition; food preparation and serving<br />
techniques in field and garrison operations; bread and pastry baking operations; food service<br />
sanitation; procedures for equipment replacement; leadership, supervision, and food service<br />
management; and AFMIS.<br />
SPECIAL INFORMATION:<br />
Phase 1, ALC Common Core, is developed by the U.S. <strong>Army</strong> Sergeants Major Academy<br />
(USASMA). Soldiers must successfully complete Phase 1 before they begin Phase 2. Phase 2<br />
consists of training related specifically to MOS 92G.<br />

Total <strong>Army</strong> Personnel Activity TAPA (Active <strong>Army</strong>) or recommended by the unit commander<br />
(Reserve Component). Successful completion of the Warrior Leadership Course (WLC) (formerly<br />
known as Primary Leadership Development Course (PLDC). Meets requirements outlined in AR<br />
351-1, AR 600-9, and DA Pam 611-21.<br />
To receive credit for 91E30 ALC the NCO must complete all phases of the course.<br />

COURSE SCOPE:<br />
Phase 2 consists of several Distributed Learning (dL) modules on common logistics, selected<br />
mandatory subjects and technical lessons. Module A consists of Modular Force Overview, Stryker<br />
Brigade Combat Team (SBCT) overview, Composite Risk Management (Commander's Safety<br />
Course), and Contractor's in the Field (LOGCAP). Module B consists of Motor<br />
Sergeants/Maintenance Supervisor's Course covering: Manage a Safety Program, Manage Key<br />
Control Procedures, Maintain a Publication Library, Manage Toolroom Procedures, Manage<br />
