SPECIAL INFORMATION:<br />

Department of Defense (DoD) civilians currently assigned or under orders for assignment to a<br />

position which requires knowledge of the technical aspects of the petroleum supply specialist<br />

ALC duties and attend 5 weeks of technical training. First priority will be given to SSGs and<br />

SGT(P)s. Second priority will be given to SGTs and CPL(P)/SPC(P) who, because of unit<br />

shortages, are performing in positions for which the training is designed.<br />

PREREQUISITES:<br />

Active <strong>Army</strong> or Reserve Component enlisted personnel qualified in MOS 91D. Selected by the<br />

Total <strong>Army</strong> Personnel Activity TAPA (Active <strong>Army</strong>) or recommended by the unit commander<br />

(Reserve Component). Successful completion of the Warrior Leadership Course (WLC) (formerly<br />

known as Primary Leadership Development Course (PLDC). Meets requirements outlined in AR<br />

351-1, AR 600-9, and DA Pam 611-21.<br />

To receive credit for 91D30 ALC the NCO must complete all phases of the course.<br />

COURSE SCOPE:<br />

Course introduction, Force XXI, Ordnance Corps History, GPS, introduction to computers, ETM's,<br />

shop operations, AOAP, maintenance team deployment, and MOS specific tasks to include<br />

inspection principles, AC/DC circuit analysis, TMDE, cylinder head maintenance, EAPU, and<br />

introduction to TQG generators.<br />

SPECIAL INFORMATION:<br />

This distributed Learning phase must be completed prior to entering the resident phase.<br />

Course material may be found at https://ordnance.ellc.learn.army.mil (the eOrdnanceU<br />

Blackboard website) as no CDs will be shipped. AKO is used to log on. This is a self-enrollment<br />

course via this website.<br />

This site is not linked to ATRRS, therefore, students must be officially enrolled in ATRRS in order<br />

to have an exam in ATIA and to get credit for completion.<br />
