PREREQUISITES:<br />

Active <strong>Army</strong> or Reserve Component enlisted Soldier that meets enlistment requirements.<br />

Selected by PERSCOM (Active <strong>Army</strong>) or recommended by unit commander (Reserve<br />

Component). Qualified in MOS 88N. Meets requirements outlined in AR 351-1, para 5-14, and<br />

met TABE requirements. Active and Reserve Soldiers over 40 must complete required medical<br />

screening and received status prior to attending. Only SSGs and promotable SGTs will attend.<br />

Successfully completed PLDC or equivalent unless promoted prior to linkage of NCOES to<br />

promotion. Successfully completed PLDC at least 6 months prior to attending this course.<br />

Physical standards and profile as indicated in DA Pam 611-21. Successful completion of the<br />

88N10 AIT or Reclassification Course.<br />

Students must also complete the Composite Risk Management (CRM) Commander's Safety<br />

Course (dL) on line through the Combat Readiness <strong>University</strong> at the U.S. <strong>Army</strong> Combat<br />

Readiness Center website: https://crc.army.mil this is a prerequisite for graduation from the ALC.<br />

COURSE SCOPE:<br />

This course training consist of military leadership, staff functions, management organization, and<br />

operating procedures, to include, duties, functions, and problem solving skills needed to function<br />

as a senior non-commissioned officer in a movement control organization.<br />

Phase Scope: This phase consists of training in the supervision of subordinates in transportation<br />

management coordination functions, including coordination of movement control and cargo<br />

documentation functions; receipt, analysis, planning and evaluation of transportation<br />

documentation; reviews the functions, procedures, and capabilities associated with automated<br />

transportation management systems; analyzes, reviews, assess and determines movement node<br />

and equipment capabilities and limitations; develops, analyzes, briefs, monitors and validates<br />

movement plans.<br />

SPECIAL INFORMATION:<br />

ENVIRONMENTAL. AR 200-1 delineates TRADOC responsibilities to integrate environmental<br />

requirements across DOTMLPF and ensure all training procedures, training materials, and<br />

training doctrine include sound environmental practices and considerations. The <strong>Army</strong>'s<br />

environmental vision is to be a national leader in environmental and natural resource stewardship<br />

for present and future generations as an integral part of all <strong>Army</strong> missions. This program of<br />

instruction meets this standard.<br />

SAFETY. Accidents are an unacceptable impediment to <strong>Army</strong> missions, readiness, morale, and<br />

resources. Decision makers at every level will employ risk management approaches to effectively<br />

preclude unacceptable risk to the safety of personnel and property affiliated with this course.<br />
