ARMY WEIGHT CONTROL PROGRAM<br />

ALU enforces the <strong>Army</strong> Weight Control Program in accordance with AR 600-9, the <strong>Army</strong> Weight<br />

Control Program.<br />

Incoming military personnel for the following courses will be weighed during the first week of<br />

class: ORSA Military Applications Course will be weighed-in on the second day at 0700 hours.<br />

The CLC3 weigh-ins are on the first day (students should refer to in processing schedule<br />

received upon signing in to HHC). Military personnel in the Theater <strong>Logistics</strong> Planners<br />

Program (TLog) will be weighed-in in conjunction with administration of the APFT. Students of<br />

the ALU NCOA will be administered a weigh-in on the start day of their course and APFT within<br />

72 hours of their course start date. Weigh-in attire will be service appropriate uniform or the<br />

<strong>Army</strong> Physical Fitness Test summer uniform (no spandex). Personnel who fail to meet standards<br />

will be administered the body fat analysis. Students who do PT on Fort Lee are required to wear<br />

a reflective belt before 0800 hours and after 1600 hours. For those students running on the<br />

Petersburg National Battlefield, it is recommended that you wear your <strong>Army</strong> PT uniform.<br />
