PREREQUISITES:<br />
Qualifying scores.<br />
(a) A minimum score of 105 in aptitude area MM in Armed Services Vocational aptitude Battery<br />
(ASVAB) tests administered prior to 2 January 2002.<br />
(b) A minimum score of 102 in aptitude area MM on ASVAB tests administered on and after 2<br />
January 2002 and prior to 1 July 2004.<br />
(c) A minimum score of (88 in aptitude area MM and 88 in aptitude area GT) or a minimum<br />
score of 99 in aptitude area MM on ASVAB tests administered on and after 1 July 2004.<br />
Active <strong>Army</strong> and Reserve Component enlisted personnel. Selected by PERSCOM (Active <strong>Army</strong>)<br />
or recommended by unit commander (Reserve Component). Successful completion of the<br />
Warrior Leader Course (WLC) (formerly PLDC). Meets requirements outlined in AR 350-1, AR<br />
600-9, and DA Pam 611-21.<br />
USASMA developed Advanced Leader Course (ALC) (formerly called BNCOC)Common Core<br />
distributed Learning (dL)/Video Teletraining (VTT) must also be completed to be considered a<br />
course graduate. This material may be completed before, during or after any Phase of this<br />
course.<br />
All ALC students will be responsible for successfully completing the Commander's Safety Course<br />
(CSC) training via distributed learning (dL) at https://crc.army.mil (the CSC can be found<br />
embedded in the Composite Risk Management section) prior to attendance at ALC or at the<br />
eOrdnanceU website while attending ALC. Completion of this training is a mandatory graduation<br />
requirement. NOTE: If the student completes the training prior to attending ALC, the completion<br />
of the course will be tracked by the Combat Readiness Center Learning Management System<br />
(CRC LMS). Their system is capable of providing the student with a certificate of completion. The<br />
student will present this certificate upon arrival to ALC or during the course as evidence of<br />
completion.<br />
Must complete 611-91P30 (DL) Phase 2 before attending resident Phase 3.<br />
COURSE SCOPE:<br />
Maintenance supervision, shop operations, recovery operations, diagnostic, advanced<br />
troubleshooting, hydraulics, inspecting, testing, turret, recovery equipment, training management,<br />
basic leadership, theory of armament and automotive materials, and maintenance management.<br />
SPECIAL INFORMATION:<br />
1. To receive credit for 611-91P30 ALC, the NCO must complete all phases of the course. Three<br />
distinct phases are taught through a variety of methods to include Distributed Learning (DL) and<br />
resident training at OMMS. After all DL is completed, resident training is conducted during 2<br />
phases as continuous blocks of instruction at OMMS.<br />
