PREREQUISITES:<br />
Reserve Component (RC) Commissioned Officers who hold a minimum grade of First Lieutenant<br />
(non-waiverable) and who have completed Basic Officer Leader Course (BOLC) previously titled<br />
Officer Basic.<br />
COURSE SCOPE:<br />
Phase 2 (dL) of the Captain's Career Course-Reserve Component (CCC-RC) prepares<br />
Transportation officers of the <strong>Army</strong> Reserve and National Guard for assignment to command and<br />
staff positions coded for CMF 88 and 90 in <strong>Army</strong> battalions, brigades, and at echelons above<br />
brigade. It provides training in the Military Decision Making Process (MDMP) and multifunctional<br />
logistics (utilizing Phase 1 of the Support Operations Course).<br />
SPECIAL INFORMATION:<br />
Attendees must enroll separately in each of the course's phases. Students must complete all<br />
phases of the course in order to qualify for CCC-RC graduation. During Phase 1, students will be<br />
given a compact disc on the Military Decision Making Process (MDMP), which is part of Phase 2.<br />
Students will be tested on MDMP at the start of Phase 3 resident training. For the Support<br />
Operations Course (SOC) Phase I requirement, students need to go to<br />
www.aimsrdl.atsc.army.mil or <strong>Army</strong> Training Support Center's Distributed Learning website to<br />
sign up for course # 907-F23. SOC Phase I can be found under the <strong>Army</strong> <strong>Logistics</strong> <strong>University</strong>.<br />

course also requires the completion of Phases: 1- Branch functional ADT; and Phase 2 - Military<br />
Decision Making Process (MDMP) dL and the Support Operations Course Phase 1 dL, in any<br />
order, prior to the start of the TC CCC-RC Phase 3-Mulit-functional <strong>Logistics</strong>.<br />
