We are implementing courses of action
that allow us to guide our consumers towards
healthy eating habits and regular
physical activity, by means of clear and
simple labeling, as well as responsible
marketing to children.
In order to fulfill our promise and
achieve our objectives, PepsiCo Mexico
has developed various projects focused
in three areas:
Information for consumers, efforts
towards better education and labeling
Our packaging represents one of the
principal sources of information for our
consumers, for this reason we developed
an Iconographic Manual that allows us to
display the contents of our products in
a clear, simple and transparent manner,
with the objective to make consumers
take informed decisions.
These guidelines were developed
from detailed analysis of national and
international regulation, including legislation
in the United States of America, the
European Union and Brazil.
