Jack and the Beanstalk<br />

about a poor family living in the country<br />
with only a cow. The moral of the story<br />
was to respect others in order to live in<br />
harmony.<br />
Jack explains that the beans he received are not just<br />

A Donkey to the Market<br />
At the <strong>en</strong>d of the play Jack and his family decide to<br />
be fri<strong>en</strong>ds with the giants. Gianella Calderón playing<br />
as sister Jemima, Miranda Torres as the giant’s wife<br />
and Mariano Cárd<strong>en</strong>as as brother Jeremy happily<br />
sing and sway to the song “You’ve Got a Fri<strong>en</strong>d in<br />
Me”.<br />
This year 2 nd grade annual play was<br />
about a family trip to a village to sell<br />
their donkey. By the <strong>en</strong>d of their journey<br />
they realize they should do what they<br />
think is best and not what everyone<br />
says.<br />

begin their family adv<strong>en</strong>ture by walking next to the<br />
