Bread and Yogurt<br />
Our “Microorganisms” unit wrapped up with a Biotechnology week in which we used microorganisms to<br />
prepare food.<br />
We decided to use yeast to prepare bread and of course<br />
we knew we had to knead the dough… a little bit exhausting<br />
but delicious at the <strong>en</strong>d!<br />
We decided to use probiotic bacteria to prepare<br />
yogurt, but th<strong>en</strong> we had to wait for 4 long<br />
days for it to be ready! The wait was worth it…<br />
our yogurt was delicious!<br />
