If you go to Jepara Regency, Central Java,
stop by at Jl. Raya Bakalan No. 21
Kalinyamatan. You will meet a two-storey
building with modern-minimalist architectural
design. This building looks clean and more
prominent compared to the surrounding buildings.
At a glance, there is an impression that
such building belongs to national private company,
or it is a private large company representative
office. On the side yard up to backyard,
there is a grocery store just like a supermarket.
Such building is the head office of Save
Loan Cooperation (KSP) of Utama Karya. It
wouldn’t be incorrect if we concluded that the
building appearance represents the performance
of the cooperation that was established
in 2004. The greatness of such building
is at the same describes the dedication
of the administrators and management of
KSP Utama Karya, in developing their business.
Performance of this cooperation is the
best in Central Java.
As a save loan cooperation, Utama Karya
is still young. Its chief is Various Business Cooperation
(KSU) of Utama Karya that was established
in 1993, which now owns 7 branches,

Central Java.

company, Utama Karya Cooperation is engaged
in trading. From here, indeed, cooperation

the Largest Grocery Store in Jepara Regency.
Going back to KSP Utama Karya, the distribution

of Rp 1 billion (received in 2004) to members

Sutomo, 48 year, a weaving craftsman in
Troso Village, Pecangakan District. This village
is indeed has been famous for its weaving
products since 1935. “I am obviously very
lucky to be able to obtain such business capital
with requirements that facilitate me,” admit
Sutomo, the craftsman whose products
have been marketed up to Bali.
Now, principal powers in Utama Karya
