THE CONCEPT OF SOVEREIGNTY AND ITS
UNDERSTANDING OF CONTEMPORARY TREND
Sovereignty characterized the States as an important subject of the political
relationship and a key component of the political systems of society. It is
one of the special and essential hebit of the State. By the sovereignty is possible
to dissociate State with other different public-legal unions.
State sovereignty is not absolute. Within the Country it is dependent to
the human rights and fundamental freedoms, as well as public and national sovereignty,
but on the external relations it is dependent to the sovereignty of other
States and universally recognized principles to the international law.
International law and State sovereignty is closely related events. International
law is important means for the realization for the States sovereignty.
