The general objective is the discrimination actions reduction through as the fight against stereotypes
spread among 15/18 years old young people attending educational and vocational training courses as
the diversity protection.
The specific objectives are:
1. Creating in the European schools a context being able to promote the dialogue, stereotypes
reprocessing and discrimination and racist behaviour stifling;
2. Picking out and testing the “Anti stereotypes and intolerance coordinator” (ASI) able to carry
out their school didactics and organizing plan;
3. Creating in the school a “dialogue space”, a meeting and dialogue protected area as a cultural
change place;
4. Working out in each school a “Diversity Charter” with the organizing and structural features
(school of several culture needs in the schools;
5. Testing in each school context actions being able to realize the knowledge and the dialogue
among different religions, cultures, custom communities;
6. Identifying a European organizing model operating carefully on didactics and educational plan
to identify cohabitation educational strategies, emphasize the difference and the stereotypes fighting
spread among the teenagers, encourage a European identity formation’s young people. The plan will
be realized in 4 countries (Italy, France, Spain and Germany), in 12 different schools (technical college
and vocational training schools).
