The ideal <strong>di</strong>alogue Space (30 minutes)<br />

Imagine a perfect Dialogue Space (without funds problems, bureaucratic complications). In<br />

which way should it be organized, looking at Cross community experience?<br />

organizational way: e.g. when (school or extra-school hours, how many times a week, etc);<br />

necessary Asi competences; way of interaction with school and teachers<br />

tools to utilize: e.g. public meetings, theatre, peer education, etc<br />

target: which students involve? How to involve and motivate them?<br />

(you can conduct this part making the questions or <strong>di</strong>vi<strong>di</strong>ng Asi and teachers in small groups and<br />

let them <strong>di</strong>scuss on the better ways to organize Dialogue Space)<br />

Tools to be used in the Dialogue Space (20 minutes)<br />

For Asi:<br />

- among the activities realized in the Dialogue space, choose one (only one!) tool/action which<br />

worked well (ex. a role play, a theatre pièce, a poem, a video) and a negative one. Tell and explain<br />

why it worked and <strong>di</strong>dn’t work.<br />

For other teachers:<br />

- after having listened to the Asi, try to explain why, accor<strong>di</strong>ng to you, this tools worked or not.<br />

Conclusions (10 minutes)<br />

Can the Dialogue Space be an effective answer to <strong>di</strong>scrimination problems in the schools?<br />

- Which topics on <strong>di</strong>scrimination, chosen from the ones dealt with in the project, interested you<br />

the most? Why?<br />

- Are there other topics you would like to deal with in the Dialogue Space?
