Il vino DOC<br />
DOC (Registered Denomination<br />
of Origin) wines<br />
I nostri vini rientrano in due <strong>di</strong>stinte<br />
tipologie <strong>di</strong> denominazione <strong>di</strong> origine<br />
controllata: una riguarda il territorio più<br />
vasto della Romagna, l’altra,<br />
riconosciuta con il nome “Colli <strong>di</strong><br />
<strong>Rimini</strong>”, l’ambito esclusivamente della<br />
provincia <strong>di</strong> <strong>Rimini</strong>. Quest’ultima<br />
denominazione <strong>di</strong> origine è stata<br />
introdotta nel 1996 e lega la cultura del<br />
vino al nostro territorio esaltando i<br />
caratteri <strong>di</strong> tipicità del prodotto in misura<br />
maggiore rispetto alla denominazione<br />
“Romagna” che comprende ambiti<br />
territoriali più vasti ed eterogenei.<br />
Our wines fall under two categories of<br />
registered denomination of origin (DOC);<br />
one of these covers the vaster area of<br />
Romagna, whereas the other, under the<br />
name of “Colli <strong>di</strong> <strong>Rimini</strong>”, covers only the<br />
Province of <strong>Rimini</strong>. This latter registered<br />
denomination of origin was introduced<br />
in 1996 and closely ties the culture of<br />
wine to our territory, exalting its typical<br />
characteristics more than the<br />
“Romagna” denomination as this covers<br />
a larger and more varied territorial area.<br />
