ABSTRACT<br />
This work makes a conflict management review within the project environment.<br />
In order to detail this theme some aspects of project and people management are<br />
presented, some characteristics of conflict and how to deal with these situations in<br />
an environment of projects.<br />
Leadership, including maturity in projects, are also described because they are<br />
considered complementary to the main theme, once manage conflict can be an<br />
opportunity for a Project Manager to turn it into a positive aspect.<br />
In the end, than the conclusion, are some suggestions or guidelines to manage a<br />
team in an environment of conflict.<br />
