The fact demonstrates that there is a differentiated defence abilityof the tuber tissues and by a deep wound the good defending tissues are discarded togetherwith the skin.The frequency of the infected tubers was higher at 4-5 c C than at 15-17°C, neverthelessthe fungus Fuc;ariun sp. has grown faster at 15-17°C on the culture medium. Because towound does not include necessary to inoculate, the temperatures between 15 and 17°C areshortening the period of the maximum susceptibility of the tubers.The dependance of the resistance on the temperature action is suggested aiso by themetabolic investigations. The peroxidase activity has increased in the tubers stored at 15-17°Cin comparison with the aetivity in the tubers stored at 4-5°C; the peroxidase activity washigher in the superficial tissues. AUer wounding and inoculation an increase of the peroxidaseactivity was enregistered as a stress answer; again at the variant stored a t 15-17°C the activitywas higher, but the aetivity has increased more in the deep tissues. No correlation betweenthe peroxidase activity and the tuber resistance to dry rot was observed.EINFLUSS DER TE1V\PERATUR AUF DIE EMPFINDLICHKEITDER KARTOFFELGEWEBE GEGENOBER DE R TROCKENFÂULE(FUSARIUM SP.)ZusammenfassungEs wurde festgestellt, daS5 die Hăufigkeit der infizierten Knollen grosser \Var bei derTemperatur von 4-5 0als bei 15-17°C, obwohl der Pilz Fusarium sp. bei 15-17°C auf einerKulturunterlage schneller wuchs. Die Haufigkeit der Infektionen war grosser bei tief verletztenKnollen im Vergleich mit denen, die oberfJăchlich verletzt waren. Dies beweist die unterschiedlicheAbwehrfahigkeit der KartoffeIgewebe und dass durch das tiefe VerJetzengieichzeitig mit dem Entfernen der SchaJe auch die Gewebe mit der grossten Abwehrfăhigkeitentfernt werden.Da das Verletzen nicht auch Infizierungbedeutet, verringert die Temperatur von15-1rC die Periode der hochsten Empfindlichkeit der KnoJlen.
