10 Troubleshooting<br />

The device indicates no function.<br />

The cables to the reversing light are not connected or are not properly connected.<br />

The plug for the display is not connected or is not properly plugged into the<br />

control box.<br />

The plugs for the sensors are not connected or are not properly plugged into<br />

the control box.<br />

➤ Check the plugs, and plug them in so that they latch in place.<br />

A red LED flashes on the display.<br />

The LED indicates that the associated sensor is defective. For example, the<br />

left LED indicates that the left sensor is defective.<br />

➤ Replace the defective sensor.<br />

Obstacles are poorly detected by the sensors.<br />

A sensor is defective.<br />

➤ Test the sensors (see Chapter “Testing the sensors” on page 44).<br />

➤ Replace the defective sensor.<br />

The angle of the sensor was altered.<br />

➤ Properly adjust the angle of the sensor.<br />

11 Guarantee<br />

Our general guarantee conditions apply. If the product is defective, please<br />

return it back to the WAECO location in your country (see the back of the<br />

instruction manual for the addresses) or to your dealer. For repair and guarantee<br />

processing, the following documents must be sent along with the<br />

device:<br />

A copy of the receipt with purchasing date<br />

A reason for the claim or a description of the fault<br />
