10 Troubleshooting
The device indicates no function.
The cables to the reversing light are not connected or are not properly connected.
The plug for the display is not connected or is not properly plugged into the
control box.
The plugs for the sensors are not connected or are not properly plugged into
the control box.
➤ Check the plugs, and plug them in so that they latch in place.
A red LED flashes on the display.
The LED indicates that the associated sensor is defective. For example, the
left LED indicates that the left sensor is defective.
➤ Replace the defective sensor.
Obstacles are poorly detected by the sensors.
A sensor is defective.
➤ Test the sensors (see Chapter “Testing the sensors” on page 44).
➤ Replace the defective sensor.
The angle of the sensor was altered.
➤ Properly adjust the angle of the sensor.

processing, the following documents must be sent along with the
device:
A copy of the receipt with purchasing date
A reason for the claim or a description of the fault
