Lernergebnisse Students shall be able to:
Inhalt The course covers:
• define appropriate valuation methods for various areas of application
• conduct corporate valuations on the basis of business plans and other financial
information
• identify the required inputs for valuations (e.g. forecast for free cahs flow and
cost of capital estimates in case of discounted cash flow valuation)
• analyze business plans and to prepare financial statements for their use in
valuations
• explain and qualify the calculated results, given real live problems such as
incomplete and non-precise information
• explain the legal framework and institutional norms relevant for valuation
opinions produced by certified public accountants
