PWRALERT_SETTINGS<br />
• THRESHOLD — Sets the alert threshold, in watts.<br />
• DURATION — Sets the length of the sample time, in minutes, starting at 5. Duration will always<br />
be in 5 minute intervals up to 240 minutes maximum. Any positive integer can be used, but<br />
it will be rounded off to the nearest 5.<br />
SET_PWREG runtime errors<br />
Possible SET_PWREG error messages include:<br />
• Server information is open for read-only access. Write access is<br />
required for this operation.<br />
• Internal error.<br />
• The value specified is invalid.<br />
• This feature requires an installed license key.<br />
• User does NOT have correct privilege for action. CONFIG_ILO_PRIV<br />
required.<br />
• The PWRALERT value is invalid.<br />
• The THRESHOLD value is invalid.<br />
• The DURATION value is invalid. Values supported are between 1 <strong>and</strong><br />
240.<br />
• Invalid integer.<br />
GET_POWER_CAP<br />
The GET_POWER_CAP comm<strong>and</strong> is used to get the power cap of the server. For this comm<strong>and</strong><br />
to parse correctly, the GET_POWER_CAP comm<strong>and</strong> must appear within a SERVER_INFO comm<strong>and</strong><br />
block, <strong>and</strong> SERVER_INFO MODE can be set to read. You must purchase the <strong>iLO</strong> Advanced license<br />
to enable this feature.<br />

A cap value of zero indicates a power cap is not currently set on the server.<br />

The SET_POWER_CAP comm<strong>and</strong> is used to set a power cap on the server. For this comm<strong>and</strong> to<br />
parse correctly, the SET_POWER_CAP comm<strong>and</strong> must appear within a SERVER_INFO comm<strong>and</strong><br />
block, <strong>and</strong> SERVER_INFO MODE must be set to write. You must have the Configure <strong>iLO</strong> Settings<br />
privilege to execute this comm<strong>and</strong>.<br />
