Bahle is currently the marketing director for Nokusa Consulting of<br />
which she is a founding member. Nokusa is a black-owned and<br />
black-run consulting firm founded in 1999. She also serves on the<br />
Wits Technikon Council and is a member of the Black<br />

for loans processing, collections, IT and credit during the<br />
integration of the four operating entities which now form <strong>African</strong><br />
<strong>Bank</strong>, namely Altfin, Kingfin, Unity and <strong>African</strong> <strong>Bank</strong>.<br />

Committee and Directors’ Affairs Committee and served as<br />
chairman of the Credit Committee and Assets and Liability<br />
Committee until recently.<br />
Steven served as deputy chairman of Macsteel Holdings (Pty) Limited<br />
and Macsteel International Holdings BV, the international steel<br />
marketing joint venture between Iscor and Macsteel, until 1998.<br />
In 2002, he served on the ministerial panel which was convened by<br />
the Minister of Finance to review the Accountancy Professions Bill.<br />
Steven manages the Msele Nedventure Fund, a fund that was<br />
created in 1995 by a number of foreign European government<br />
agencies, together with Nedcor, the IDC and the Development<br />
<strong>Bank</strong> of Africa.
