Oshy is the co-author of “Exchange Control Encyclopaedia”<br />
which is the leading publication in South Africa on exchange<br />
control. He also co-published a leading South <strong>African</strong><br />
publication, containing precedents of leases, used by other legal<br />
practitioners.<br />
Oshy has extensive knowledge and experience in commercial<br />
litigation and arbitrations, both local and international.<br />

Dave joined ABIL as group financial director in November 2002<br />
with responsibility for the finance, treasury, investor relations and<br />
risk functions within ABIL’s operational structure. He served as<br />
financial director of BoE Limited from 1999 to 2002 after returning<br />
from London where he spent some 11 years working in the<br />
financial services industry. Dave also serves as executive director<br />
on the boards of <strong>African</strong> <strong>Bank</strong> Limited, Stangen and Theta<br />
Investments (all wholly-owned subsidiaries of ABIL) as well as most<br />
of the underlying subsidiary companies.
