NOVELTY - A juicer and grater assembly comprises an extractor having at
least one radially extending tab, and a strainer having at least a first
aperture larger than a second aperture. The extractor is removably secured
on the strainer in two positions where the tab covers the first or second
aperture for allowing extracted juice to flow through the second or first
aperture.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A juicer and grater assembly comprises an
extractor having at least one radially extending tab, and a strainer
having at least a first aperture and at least a second aperture. The first
aperture is larger than the second aperture. The extractor (12) is
removably secured on the strainer in a first position where the tab covers
the first aperture for allowing extracted juice to flow through the second
aperture, or in a second position where the tab covers the second aperture
allowing juice and pulp to flow through the first aperture.
USE - For extracting juice from cut citrus fruit and grating outer
layer or skin of citrus fruit.
ADVANTAGE - The invention provides both juice and juice with pulp
when desired and a grater for grating the outer layer or skin of citrus
fruit.
