address in the friend's list and to port<br />

number mentioned by the $UDPAPI<br />

1 message will be sent via the ACK<br />

method (controlled by $ACKTM command)<br />

to the IP address listed in $FRIEND and<br />

port number listed by $UDPAPI command<br />

2 message will be sent to all IP address in<br />

$FRIEND command at port number listed<br />

by $UDPAPI command.<br />
