Mt=1: mobile terminated message enable
Mo=1: Mobile originated message enable
Bm=1: broadcast type message enable
AT+CMGF Select SMS Message Format
Default Value: 1
Default Value Meaning: Text Mode.
AT+CNMI New SMS Message Indications
Default Value: mode=1,mt=1,bm=0,ds=0,bfr=0
Default Value Meaning: Mode=1: Discard indication and reject new
received message unsolicited result codes when
TA-TE link is reserved Mt=0: prefer memory under
different class
Mt=1: If SMS-DELIVER is stored into ME/TA,
indication of the memory location is routed to the
TE using unsolicited result code:+CMTI:

Bm=0: no CBM indications
Ds=0: no status report indications
Bfr=0: TA buffer of unsolicited result codes
defined within this command is flushed to the TE
