2.4.4.4. AT+CPIN2 Enter PIN2
Command Function Set command sends PUK2 to change PIN2.
If no PIN2 request is pending, no action is
taken towards ME and an error message,
+CME ERROR, is returned to TE. The
command will set PIN2 regardless of the
state of PIN2 being SIM PIN2 or SIM PUK2.
