1.0 INTRODUCTION<br />
In this unit effort shall be made to discuss three hadiths. These are<br />
hadiths 31, 32 and 33. Man’s nature as a greed being is going to be<br />
discussed extensively. Commentary shall be given after <strong>the</strong> presentation<br />
<strong>of</strong> Arabic text and translation. After <strong>the</strong> commentary, <strong>the</strong> lessons follow.<br />
2.0 OBJECTIVES<br />
At <strong>the</strong> end <strong>of</strong> this unit, you should be able to:<br />
• read all <strong>the</strong> hadith texts fluently<br />
• translate <strong>the</strong>m into English language<br />
• discuss <strong>the</strong> commentary extensively<br />
• give <strong>the</strong> moral lesson contained <strong>the</strong>rein<br />
• describe <strong>the</strong> uniqueness <strong>of</strong> each <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong>m.<br />
