Consumer affairs: liquor licensed venues — renewal fees<br />

589. MR PAKULA — To ask the Minister for Planning (for the Minister for Consumer Affairs): How<br />

many liquor licensed venues received increases to licensing renewal fees for 2011 due to licensing<br />

breaches in 2010.<br />

ANSWER:<br />

I am advised that:<br />

For licence renewal fee invoices issued in respect <strong>of</strong> the 2011 calendar year, 30 licensed premises incurred<br />

compliance history risk fees due to non-compliance incidents in 2010.<br />

Environment and climate change: Minister for Environment and Climate Change — Ballarat visit<br />

641. MS TIERNEY — To ask the Minister for Health (for the Minister for Environment and Climate<br />

Change): On which dates between 2 December 2010 and 14 April 2011 did the minister visit any<br />

locality within the City <strong>of</strong> Ballarat, and on each occasion:<br />

I am informed that:<br />

(1) Who did the minister meet with.<br />

(2) Did the minister make any commitment <strong>of</strong> public funds; and if so, for each commitment made —<br />

(a) what was the dollar value <strong>of</strong> the commitment;<br />

(b) to which individual or group was the commitment <strong>of</strong> funds made; and<br />

(c) for what project or purpose were these funds committed.<br />

The minister did not visit the City <strong>of</strong> Ballarat between 2 December 2010 and 14 April 2011.
