COUNCIL OFFERED, AN MOVED ADOPTION OF
THE FOLLOWING RESOLUTION:
WHEREAS, the City of Jersey City acquired the subject properties on June 5th 2008
and therefore, the propert should be tax exempt for the 2010 ta year; and
WHEREAS, the propert still shows open, based on the original assessment which
should be canceled; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Muncipal Council of the City of
Jersey City, that the real estate ta balance on Block 1253 Lot S and Block 1254
Lot S, Jersey City, New Jersey, is hereby canceled
