RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE AWAR OF JANITORIAL SERVICES CONTRACT
FOR PUBLIC SAFETY COMMUNICATION BUILDING TO CHUK'S PROFESSIONAL
CLEANING, INC., FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKilIVISION OF
BUILDINGS & STREETS MANTENANCE
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Municipal Council of the City of Jersey
City that thè said bid of the aforementioned companes be accepted and that contracts be awarded
to said companes in the above. amounts, and the Acting Director of Purchasing is directed to have
such a contract drawn up and executed; and be it fuher
RESOLVED, that upon certification by an offcial or employee of the City authorized to
receive the material puruat to the contrct, that the same has been received and that the
requirements of the contract met, then; payment to the contractor shall be made in accordance with
the provisions of the Local Fiscal Affairs Law, N.J.S.A. 40A:5-l et. seq; and be it fuer
