THE JERSEY CITY POLICE DEPARTMENT PETTY CASH FUND
COUNCIL OFFERED AND MOVED
ADOPTION OF THE FOLLOWIG RESOLUTION:
RESOLUTION: Change in CusÍ(ldian of Pett Cash Fund in the Police Department Police Fiscal
Division from Robert Kakoleski to Joseph Iwuala.
WHREAS, Robert Kakoleski was custodian of the $200.00 Pett Cash Fund, and
WHREAS, in accordance with N.J.S.A. 40:5-21, the Police Fiscal Division of Offce of the Police Director
is changing the custodian to Joseph Iwuala; and
WHREAS, Joseph Iwuala is bondea in the amount of $200.00 by virte of a surety bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Muncipal Council of the City of Jersey City, that the
Mayor and/or Business Adminstrator that Joseph Iwuala is hereby appointed custodian of the pett cash fud
for the Jersey City Police Deparent.' The pett cash fud has been established in accordace to the rues and .
reguations of the Director of Local Qovernent Services and shall not exceed the sum of TWO HURED
($200.00)
