10. Any equipment installed or used by the Licensee in connection with its use of the Property that may<br />

be removed without damage to the licensed premises shall be deemed to be the property of the<br />

Licensee and shall be removed by it at the termination of the Agreement, or not later than two (2)<br />

days thereafter. In the event that the same is not removed, the same shall be deemed abandoned<br />

and the Licensor shall have the right to dispose of the same and charge the Licensee for any cost of<br />

disposing thereof.<br />

11. The Licensee shall provide in writing to the Licensor the names of two (2) authorized representatives<br />

of the Licensee who shall be responsible for adherence to the terms and conditions of the<br />

Agreement before, during and after the effective date of this Agreement. No other persons are to<br />

speak or act for the Licensee.<br />

12. All Notices and payments between the parties hereto shall be addressed and delivered to the<br />

13. The Licensee shall not assign this Agreement, or any part thereof, or occupy the same for any other<br />

reason or reasons than herein stipulated in this Agreement, under penalty of damages and forfeiture.<br />

14. All of the above terms and conditions shall be binding on the Licensee, Licensor and all other parties<br />

connected with the event for which the Property is herein licensed. Any<br />

and all violations of the<br />

terms and conditions of this Agreement shall be considered just cause for immediate termination and<br />

cancellation of the Agreement.<br />

15. The Agreement shall commence on the date appearing above and shall automatically terminate<br />

within six month of the date of the resolution approving this agreement.<br />
