COUNCIL OFFERED, AND-MOVED ADOPTION OF
THE FOLLOWING RESOLUTION:
WHEREAS, the City of Jersey City acquired the subject properties on June 18th 2010
and therefore, the propert should be ta exempt for the remainder of the20 1 0 tax year;
and
WHEREAS, the propert still shows open, based on the original assessment which
should be canceled; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Municipal Council ofthe City of
Jersey City, that the real estate tax balance on Block 1970, Lots l.P, 2.A, 3.B, 5.A and
Block 1639.1 Lots l.C, 2.A, 3,7, Jersey City, New Jersey, is hereby canceled
