Using the Topic Method
If you analyze your legal problem in terms of a subject area, such as animals, you can go directly
to the volume of the digest that includes the topic Animals. Next you would read through the
summary of contents or the analysis that appears at the beginning of the text of each topic
(Figure 2.10) until you find the appropriate entry.
