Large trees greater than 30cm dbh that had been destroyed by the recurrent fires on the southern bank of Murchison Falls National Park near Wairingo ranger post.
A campsite of a research team that was located at “Mailo kumi”, along the
Masindi – Paraa Road via Kichumbanyobo gate, in 1974. Photograph was taken
by Professor Van Straaten who was then carrying out his PhD research.
