RESOLUTION NO. 13- 152
AUTHORIZING WIRELESS AND DATA SERVICES CONTRACT
(Information Technologies Department)
WHEREAS, the Kane County Information Technologies Department provides wireless and data
services to the County Offices and Departments; and
WHEREAS, the Kane County Information Technologies Department solicited and received
competitive bids for these services; and
WHEREAS, CelIco Partnership d/b/a Verizon Wireless; One Verizon Way; Basking Ridge, NJ
07920-1097; provides competitive cost and the most reliable, coverage in Kane County.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Kane County Information Technologies
Department be authorized to enter into an extended contract for 24 months and an option to extend for
an additional 12 months with Celico Partnership d/b/a Verizon Wireless; One Verizon Way; Basking
Ridge, NJ 07920-1097.
