RESOLUTION NO. 13- 180<br />
AMENDING RESOLUTION 12-278 KANE <strong>COUNTY</strong> FINANCIAL POLICIES<br />
WHEREAS, the <strong>County</strong> Board originally adopted the <strong>Kane</strong> <strong>County</strong> Financial Policies in January<br />
12, 1999 via Ordinance #99-30, with the last amendment being Resolution 12-278; and<br />
WHEREAS, it is required that the Financial Policies be reviewed on an annual basis; and<br />
WHEREAS, the Financial Policies have been reviewed by key members of the finance<br />
department staff, finance elected officials, and Finance/Budget Committee.<br />
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED to adopt the attached Financial Policies as amended<br />
according to the recommendations of the finance department staff, finance elected officials and<br />
Finance/Budget Committee members.<br />
