SUMMARY: The amendments to the Financial Policies seek to: 1) align our policies with best practices, 2) adjust requirements in<br />
consideration of operational efficiency and current staffing levels of our departments, 3) incorporate guidelines established<br />
by Standard & Poor's Bond Rating Agency for achieving AAA rating, 4) update language to reflect the current economic<br />
environment, and 5) correct spelling and grammatical errors in the text of the existing policy.<br />
