the indentation and connecting line. The Status column is blank because the
prescription is not approved.
If you make an error or must add new information, you can
change a prescription before you approve it.
Using Radiation Prescription Sequencing
Use Radiation Prescription Sequencing to set up the start date of a new prescription
site in relation to other sites in the same treatment course. Radiation Prescription
Sequencing is also known as site sequencing. In this exercise, you will add site
sequencing for a second prescription site, then add prescription data for the site.
1. In the Diagnoses and Interventions window, click Radiation Oncology
Course: 1, then click in the Add group.
Opens the Radiation Prescription Sequencing dialog box, shown in Figure 36.

The Radiation Prescription Sequencing dialog box only opens if you add
prescription sites to the same course. If you click , Sequencing? appears in
the second column of the calendar view in the Radiation Prescriptions dialog box.
It appears when there is no site sequencing for the second radiation prescription.
The Radiation Prescription Sequencing dialog box contains the information and
fields below:
Treat this Rx Site
Concurrent
with
beginning of
Overlapping
with
Specifies to deliver the first fraction for the prescription site
in the same treatment session as the first fraction of the
selected prescription site.
Specifies to deliver the first fraction for the prescription site
after a prior site is started but before it is completed. The
overlap is identified in the Treat the first fraction of this Rx Site
at least group.
