Type 200 in the Rx Dose field for the second fractionation phase, then press TAB. Adds the new total prescribed dose, then opens an error message, shown in Figure 54. Figure 54: Error Message – Changing Total Prescribed Dose This error message tells you to add the applicable fractional dose for the new total dose. The total dose must divide equally into the fractional dose so that the system can calculate the number of fractions. 13. Click . Closes the error message. 14. Type 100 in the Fractional Dose field, then click . Adds the new fractional dose and automatically adds the number of fractions, then opens the prescription in view-only mode. If all of the fractions are treated and you clicked that fractionation phase, then clicked , the Change Not Allowed message box appears, shown in Figure 55. Figure 55: Change Not Allowed Message Box If only some of the fractions were treated in the first fractionation phase, the remaining fractions that were not treated appear in their own fractionation phase. You can click to change the total prescribed dose, fractional dose, and fractionation pattern for the untreated fractions. 15. Make sure the Lung Boost prescription is still selected, then click . Opens the Lung Boost prescription in edit mode. 16. Click the second fractionation phase that you added in this exercise. You cannot remove a fractionation phase if you have treated some of the fractions. Saves the changes, then shows the Lung Boost prescription in view-only mode. 19. Click . Closes the Radiation Prescriptions dialog box. Showing Historical Prescription Data eCHART keeps a historical record of all approved prescriptions for each patient. By default, only the most recent version of the prescription, approved or unapproved, appears in the Diagnoses and Interventions window. But, you can review a list of all prior approved prescriptions. In this exercise, you will review historical prescription data. 1. Open the chart of a patient with previously approved prescriptions, then open the Diagnoses and Interventions window. Opens the Diagnoses and Interventions window. 2. Right-click in the window or press F4, then click Historical View. Opens the Diagnoses and Interventions window in Historical view as shown in Figure 56.
