and external growth, as well as through its strong innovation strategy. Our rapid growth is testament

Supporting Group expansion
Over time, the Group has acquired solid experience in the integration and consolidation
of acquired companies. This experience is based on the development of common practices and tools,
which are essential for planning and supervising the Group's worldwide operations - production, sales,
distribution, planning, purchasing, accounting, monitoring and reporting. Within this framework,
the takeover of Imusa and its association with Group processes took place in an exemplary manner.
In this context, the Group has also finalised a project for deploying the SAP system for the management
of All-Clad in the United States. We also support our employees by bringing together skills in order to
encourage synergies. One important example is the 2011 transfer of the entire accounting team in the
United Kingdom to the Group's Shared Services Centre for accounting, which continues expanding and
now spans 5 countries.
Encouraging collaborative work
To respond to the increasingly international profile of our employees, the Group aims to
encourage dialogue and exchange within functions as well as between the Group's various sectors. We have
managed to set up a real collaborative force, in particular thanks to the deployment of dedicated web
platforms. In this way, the Group is demonstrating its desire to make knowledge, skills, solutions and
expertise available to employees all around the world, so that everyone can rely on common references
and benefit from local experiences. Sharing best practices is in all respects a key factor for success and
increasing competitiveness.
