• investigate possible part-time loading zone on the northern side
of St Johns Avenue adjacent to the strip shops, from 7am-10am
(temporary, subject to redevelopment of nearby strip shops);
• reallocation of majority of commuter parking spaces in bus
interchange area to surrounding at-grade commuter car parks;
• revised bus interchange in Henry Street, incorporating extra bus
capacity, bus parking (layover) and taxi zones. Bus interchange in
Werona Avenue to remain largely unchanged; and
• new traffic signals at the intersection of Pacific Highway and
Ravenswood Avenue will result in a minor reduction of unrestricted
parking spaces on the southern side of Ravenswood Avenue near
Pacific Highway.
