Thermostat mixer 34 365 Maintenance instructions Shut off hot and cold water supply! Please perform disassembly in specified order. Assemble in reverse order. Thermo-element: 1. Pull off cap. 2. Unscrew and remove screw and pull off temperature control handle. 3. Screw off regulating nut. 4. Pull off stop ring. 5. Remove thermoelement using a 24mm open-ended spanner. Non-return valve: 1. With a 36mm open-ended spanner, unscrew and remove mixer from unions. 2. Remove dirt strainer. 3. Remove union nipple using a 17mm allen key by turning clockwise (left-hand thread). 4. Remove non-return valve. 5. Screw off shower hose. Remove locking ring. 6. Remove non-return valve. Readjustment is necessary after each maintenance operation on the thermostatic cartridge. (s.
