Urinal - Electronic 37 749
Problem Cause Remedy
No flushing • Water supply interrupted • Open isolating valve in wall connection box
• Filter upstream of solenoid valve blocked • Clean or replace filter, see Cleaning or replacing filter
• Plug-in connectors without contact
• Attach plug-in connector
• The detection zone of the sensor system is
set too low/too high
• Increase/reduce detection zone using remote
control (special accessories 36 206)
• Solenoid valve defective
• Replace, see Solenoid valve maintenance
• Transformer defective
• Replace, see Transformer maintenance
Water flowing
continuously
• Electronics defective (indicator lamp not
flashing or permanently on)
• Solenoid valve defective
Undesired flushing • Detection range of sensor system set too
high for local conditions
Flow volume too
low
Flow volume too
high
Setting mode
• Flow volume set too low
• Filter in solenoid valve blocked
• Solenoid valve defective
• Flow volume set too high
• Solenoid valve defective
• Replace, see Wall plate with electronics
maintenance
• Replace, see Solenoid valve maintenance
• An opposing object is detected. Reduce
detection zone using remote control (special
accessories 36 206).
• Adjust flow volume, see Setting flow volume
• Clean or replace filter, see Cleaning or replacing filter
• Replace, see Solenoid valve maintenance
• Adjust flow volume, see Setting flow volume
• Replace, see Solenoid valve maintenance
The flow volume can be checked and changed in
setting mode (see Setting the flow volume).
The detection zone of the fitting can be checked. The indicator lamp in the sensor system of the fitting illuminates in
setting mode when the detection zone of the fitting is reached by an approaching user.
It is possible to set the detection zone via the optional remote control. Flushing is immediately triggered when the
detection zone is
exited again. The minimum delay time is not available in setting mode. To activate setting mode, proceed as follows:
Disconnect the power supply to the electronics and reconnect after 5 s, see Fig.. Setting mode is activated. Setting
mode is automatically terminated after 3 min.
