Maintenance instructions
Shut off hot and cold water supply!
Please perform disassembly in specified order. Assemble in reverse order.
Thermo element:
1. Lever out cap.
2. Loosen screw.
3. Pull off temperature selection handle.
4. Remove clip.
5. Pull off stop ring.
6. Pull off regulating nut with overload unit.
7. Pull off sleeve.
8. Unscrew and remove thermoelement using a 22mm
open-ended spanner.
Non-return valve (Fig. left):
1. Lever out cap.
2. Unscrew and remove screw and pull off temperature
control handle.
3. Lever out escutcheons and unscrew and remove
retaining rings using installation tool.
4. Screw off shower hose and unscrew and remove
union nipple using a 12mm allen key.
5. Pull off cover.
6. Unscrew and remove non-return valve using a 17mm
socket spanner.
Ceramic headpart(Fig. right):
1. Lever out cap and unscrew and remove screw.
2. Pull off shut-off handle, splined adapter and economy
stop.
3. Pull off sleeve and unscrew bracket.
4. Pull off extension shaft.
5. Unscrew and remove ceramic headpart using a 17mm
open-ended spanner.
Side Shower:
1. Unscrew and remove screw using a screwdriver.
2. Detach complete spray face plate.
3. Pull off housing.
4. Pull off washer by pressing in the ball.
5. Remove ball.
6. Pull out non-return valve using pliers.
When fitting the washer, the ball must be pressed slightly
into the housing.

Readjustment is necessary after each maintenance operation
on the thermostatic cartridge. (s. page B 13).
