Tectron Skate for flushing cistern GD 2 38 698
Problem Cause Remedy
Indicator lamp on • Obstacle during calibration
front of electronics
flashing continuously
after
calibration
• Servo motor defective
• Perform calibration again ensuring there is
no obstacle in the adjustment range of the
sensor motor, see Maintenance, Calibrating
the servo motor
• Replace servo motor, see Maintenance,
Replacing the servo motor
No flushing
• Water supply interrupted
• No voltage (indicator lamp on rear of electronics
not flashing)
• Electronics defective (indicator lamp not flashing or
permanently on)
• Servo motor defective (rotation will not be executed)
• Plug-in connectors without contact
• The detection zone of the sensor system is set too
low/too high
• Servo motor defective
• Switch on power supply or check plug-in
connection or transformer defective, see
Maintenance, Replacing the transformer
• Replace, see Wall plate with electronics
maintenance
• Replace servo motor, see Maintenance,
Replacing the servo motor
• Attach plug-in connector
• Increase/reduce detection zone using
remote control (special accessories 36 206)
Water flowing
continuously
Undesired
flushing
Flow volume too
low
• Waste valve not closing
• The detection zone of the sensor system is set too
high
• Flow volume set too low
• Waste valve not lifting fully out
• Servo motor defective (rotation will not be
executed)
• Adjust servo motor position, see Maintenance,
Adjusting the servo motor position, or waste valve
defective (replace, repair), see Cistern instructions
• An opposing object is detected. Reduce detection
zone using remote control (special accessories
36 206).
• Adjust flow volume, see Maintenance,Setting the
waste valve to 9 l flow volume
• Adjust servo motor position, see Maintenance,
Adjusting the servo motor position
• Replace servo motor, see Maintenance,
Replacing the servo motor
Flow volume too
high
• Waste valve set to 6 litres
• Flow volume set too high
• Set waste valve to 9 litres, see Maintenance,
Setting the waste valve to 9 l flow volume
• Adjust flow volume, see Setting flow
volume
Setting mode
The flow volume can be checked and changed in setting mode (see Setting the flow volume).
The detection zone of the fitting can be checked. The indicator lamp in the sensor system of the fitting illuminates in
setting mode when the detection zone of the fitting is reached by an approaching user.
It is possible to set the detection zone via the optional remote control. Flushing is immediately triggered when the
detection zone isexited again. The minimum delay time of 7s is not available in setting mode. To activate setting
mode, proceed as follows:
Disconnect the power supply to the electronics and reconnect after 5s. The plug connection between the servo
motor and the electronics must not be detached!
Setting mode is activated.
Setting mode is automatically terminated after 3 min.
