2.1.16 R A firm must apply BIPRU 10 (Large exposure requirements) in accordance
with BIPRU 8.9A (Consolidated large exposures requirements). Accordingly
the firm must apply BIPRU 8.9A to the group made up of the firm and the
subsidiary undertakings referred to in BIPRU 2.1.7R in the same way as
BIPRU 8.9A applies to a UK consolidation group or non-EEA sub-group.

source of risk for:

a BIPRU investment firm that deals on own account (including

book business equals or exceeds 15% of its total
