team embody the inclusive motto of
‘excellence for all’ in all aspects of
their work” Ofsted 2009. Our
students wear a smart uniform and
represent the school with pride.
They learn to be aware of and
respect the needs, views and
opinions of others. They learn to
develop self-confidence and powers
of judgement. Dunraven students
“make very good personal
progress…personal development
outstanding features” Ofsted.
Academic standards
Dunraven school’s success in GCSE
examinations has increased year by
year, much higher than the national
average, based on challenging
targets and high expectations.
Results at all key stages are above
national standards and our value
added scores are strong. There are
regular work reviews, progress
checks, individual and school
targets. Dunraven’s programme
for gifted and talented students
