From the Auburn City/Placer County Limits to approximately 450 feet
within the City limit, widen Auburn-Folsom Road by 1-3 feet on the west
side of the roadway to accommodate Class II bicycle lanes. This first
phase will tie into a future, larger Placer County project that will widen
Auburn-Folsom Road from Shirland Tract Road to the Auburn City limits.
This project is identified in the 2002 Regional Bikeway Plan as one of
