COMMENT2: Project YOL17010 of Group VAR79046 – Yolo County PPM (pg 139 of
Appx 4) – State Bond Funds identified are Corridor Mobility Program for Plan,
Program and Monitor for Yolo County – Is this the Corridor Mobility Improvement
Account (CMIA) from Proposition 1B? If so, CMIA only funds construction capital
costs.
RESPONSE: SACOG changed the fund type from CMIA to RIP – State Cash to
match the STIP.
COMMENT3: Project ELD19186 of Group VAR79009 - Northside School Class 1
Bike Path, Phase 1 (pg 2, Appx 4) and PLA25226 of Group VAR79009 - Palm Ave
Sidewalks/Bicycle Lane (pg 3, Appx 4) – The scope of these projects are not
consistent with the Group listing selected.
RESPONSE: SACOG has moved these two projects to the Safe Routes to School
grouped listing, which is a better fit for the projects, considering their funding source.
COMMENT4: Project SAC24191 of Group VAR79030 (pg 14 of Appx 4) – Please
identify the matching funds as required.
RESPONSE: SACOG addressed this by moving the $1,600,000 of RSTP funds in
2011 to 2010 to reflect the recent obligation. As a result, this project no longer has
funds in the 4 years of the MTIP and is shown for information only.
COMMENT5: Project CAL18835 of Group VAR79001 (pg 81 of Appx 4) – Amounts
for this project do not agree with the amounts identified in CTIPS/SHOPP.
RESPONSE: The CTC allocated this for construction at a different amount than what
is listed in either the SHOPP or MTIP. SACOG reduced this to match the August
CTC allocation of $2,733,000 for construction. ($1,500,000 for construction).
COMMENT6: Project SAC24521 of Group VAR79008 (pg173 of Appx 4) – Amount
does not agree with the Detailed Lump Sum Highway Bridge Program provided by
the Department.
RESPONSE: SACOG fixed this as a typographical error. Funding did not account for
construction activity after 2014. SACOG added $5,716,000 to the construction work
after 2014, which increased the total project cost by an equal amount.
COMMENT7: Group VAR79065 – Grouped Projects for Bus Terminals and Transfer
Points (pg 4, Appx 3) – This Group listing is not included in the Pre-Approved
Grouped Project Listing. Please revise Group listing to agree to the Pre-Approved
Group Project Listing.
